We're looking for a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef to join our kitchen crew. You'll be responsible for crafting our signature pizzas using house-made dough, premium toppings, and traditional techniques. Speed, consistency, and a love for food are essential in this role.
- 1+ year experience in a restaurant kitchen (pizza experience preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume orders
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Shift Supervisor
As a Shift Supervisor at Pizza factory, you'll lead your team through a smooth and successful shift. You'll oversee operations, ensure food quality standards, manage crew scheduling, and deliver an outstanding guest experience every time.
- 2+ years of restaurant or food service leadership experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team under pressure
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory management
- ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
Delivery Driver
Help get our delicious pizza into the hands of happy customers across Anaheim. As a Delivery Driver, you'll represent the Pizza factory brand with every drop-off — punctual, friendly, and professional.
- Valid California driver's license and a clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle in good working condition
- Smartphone for GPS navigation and order management apps
- Strong knowledge of Anaheim and surrounding neighborhoods
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
Front of House Team Member
Be the welcoming face of Pizza factory! In this role, you'll greet guests, take orders, process payments, and ensure every dining experience is memorable. A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality are your greatest assets here.
- Previous customer service or cashier experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills — outgoing, friendly, and professional
- Ability to multitask in a busy restaurant environment
- Basic cash-handling and POS system experience
- Available for weekend and evening shifts
Social Media & Marketing Coordinator
Help amplify the Pizza factory brand online! We're looking for a creative and data-driven marketing coordinator to manage our social channels, develop content, run campaigns, and grow our digital presence across Anaheim and Southern California.
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation
- Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Strong writing skills and an eye for compelling visual content
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs
